July 2nd, 2001 - ECW Rises Again!

Lara and Lynn Croft made the big announcement on Raw is War. ECW is back open for business. Lynn was armed with contracts to sign while Lara made a very moving and convincing speach that riled out wrestlers from both WCW and WWF.

Lance Storm, Mike Awesome, Raven, Tazz, Justin Credible, Buh Buh Ray Dudley, D-Von Dudley, Rhyno, Tommy Dreamer, Rob Van Dam, Jerry Lynn, Tammy Sytch, Sandman, Chris Candido, Bamm-Bamm Bigelow, Karnage, Amanda Mine, and Perry Saturn came out to the ring to sign the new contracts and gladly leave the McMahon ties behind.

The Announcement and the parade of eager wrestlers also riled out Vince and Shane McMahon. Though giving a few nice threats, they were helpless to stop the Crofts from gaining ECW it's wings.
July 9th, 2001 - ECW Hits Rough Water

An unexpected announcement during pay per view Chained turned ECW's spokesperson into the CEO in less than a minute. Lara Croft, the original CEO, entered the ring at the very beginning of the show to announce that she was going back to her usual way of life and that she would be leaving the company in safe hands.

Those hands belonging to a very startled Lynn Croft. Who reportedly passed out when she heard the news by way of monitor from the backstage area.
July 7th, 2001 - ECW Welcomes The Leader of RTC

Right to Censor leader, Steven Richards has decided to bring the good fight to those that need it most. Those unsavory, ill mannered, disturbed people in ECW.

He started off his new campaign by attempting to recruit Tazz. As expected, Tazz didn't bite the offer. He did, however, bite Richards.

Bit, kicked, punched, and pummeled him straight outof the ring.
July 11th, 2001 - ECW Tournament Results

In the only fair way to decide title holders, three Battle Royal matches were held to narrow down the competition. The last remaining two then continued to battle in a traditional one on one match until the pinfall determined the title holders.

Holding the TV Title, Commissioner Lance Storm.
With the Tag Titles, Chris Benoit and Ellis Sin.
And the World Title, Raven.
