[Camera cuts to backstage where the fans pick up a shot of what appears to be a worried Loki as he paces back in forth in front of the Axis dressing room. It's obvious that the re-teaming of The Fury and the sudden appearence of Lennox Mullroix has thrown the young leader off. He keeps pacing back and forth until a voice from behind makes him stop.]
[VOICE]:Something worrying ya kid
[Loki spins around and sees Ripper Longshanks and Jeremiah Blackwell near some cargo containers. Blackwell grins and leans against a nearby wall while Ripper hops up on one of the top containers and starts swinging his legs like a kid in a school yard. The camera easily picks up the writing on Ripper's T-shirt. "Hi Diddley Dee. A Bad Boys Life For me".
[LOKI]: And your asking because.
[Ripper breaks into his patented shark grins and looks through Loki as if searching for someone. He then continues talking]
[RIPPER]:Just call it morbid curiousity kid. You are doing a hell of a job running Nighthawk in circles but ya just had to know that sooner or later the bird man was going to wise up and bring in some people to help even the odds. So I was curious as to why you were caught flat footed, when the rest of the world saw it coming.
[Loki taps his fits against his muscular thigh and stares hard at Ripper]
[LOKI] And once again I ask you why your so interested in Nighthawk and his band of merry men.
[Ripper jumps off the cargo container and approaches Loki. He looks down at the young superstar and shakes his head.]
[RIPPER]:Let's just say I have a vested interest in making sure Nighthawk keeps getting his ass handed to him. And now that the rapping retard and Adam-X have joined his side things have become a little more interesting for you. And you just know that where ever Adam goes The Authority will follow.
[LOKI]Thanks for the warning but I know the Axis can handle anything those morons throw at us.
[Loki starts to turn around but Ripper stops him with a hand on the Norseman's shoulder Loki spins around expecting a confrontation but instead he recieves what can only be described as a dark smile from Ripper. A silent staredown ensues which gives the camera ample opportunity to focus in on the two men. Finally Ripper breaks the silence]
[RIPPER]:Maybe but can you handle the Darkness............................
[Camera fades back to Page and McCoy]
[PAGE]:Was it just me or did that look like two generations of evil.
[MCCOY]:It was just you Eddie. Personally I think Loki should listen to Ripper. He probably has the most experience dealing with Nighthawk and the rest of the cheaters.
[PAGE]Maybe but I think Loki would be wise to steer clear of the Loose Cannon. We will be right back folks.............
