B.W. Ryan Field is the home and practice facility of the Central Texas Cubs. It is named after B.W. Ryan, who served in the Air Force in Vietnam, worked at NASA, and many other things. It lies in the quiet neighborhood of Tonkowa Springs, and gets a lot of attention from the owners/caretakers B.W. and Joan Ryan. Joan is responsible for the beautiful flowers over the left field wall, and B.W. Keeps the place looking trim, neat and tidy. We owe them more than we could imagine for their hard work and dedication to the field.
