This battle was suggested by one of my friends after the Captain America vs. Luc(Universal Soldier) battle.
This guys are very similar in mannerisms but also in purpose. They are both expendable toy soldiers of their governments.
Neither of them feels pain. Todd was born and bred to be a soldier so he knows a lot about military strategy. Luc was just a
private in Vietnam, so he probably isn't as clever as Todd. Luc is however a great martial artist and Todd showed only brawling skills.
Luc is stronger and more agile. Since neither will have a weapon to use, this will be a fist fight. They would beat each other
back and forth since each would not yield due to pain. So then I looked at their weaknesses. Luc needs that serum and can't
be above a certain temperature for too long. Todd has a good strategic mind but he isn't too bright. He doesn't feel pain since he blocks
it out, but this is exactly his weakness as well. He is too focused to realize he is badly hurt or that he will be badly hurt by his action.
I think that Luc is just smart enough to exploit that.
