That was too easy.

My evaluation of the above usability test results are as follows.

The learnability of the site is very easy as the navigation of the site is very distinctive of where the links lead to.

Efficiency in which the users completed their task was done in a very straight forward manner. I put this to, again, the navigation.

The site is very easy to get the hang of everytime a user comes back to the site. Links are always in the same place and so it is easy to remember where to go first.

The errors made in the task were very minor. When I was completing task B, after the second user clicked on the right link, when I can to complete the task, they clicked the wrong link. But then realised it and stopped the page from changing and then clicked the right linked.This wasn't the site error, it was user error.

This site, to me, has great satisfation in navigating the site. Maybe because I have, myself, been using it for a while. It is, I think, a very pleasant site to visit. For a banking site.
