At Graduation

At graduation everyone cries
Seniors take a last look at their friends
We all listen to the speeches
And watch the diplomas go out
And still we cry
We hug our friends
And wonder why it comes to an end
Out on the stage
People shake hands
And walk away
But in the end
All our years in school
End up being worth it
