Dr. Tom Rooney Tom is an original member of Celtic Crossroad, which began in the late '70's. Besides singing lead vocals and playing bodhran and guitar, Tom has also been know to spin a fine yarn. Tom teaches Anatomy and Physiology in the Department of Kinesiology at Temple University and lectures on science education topics throughout the US. He is married to the love of his life, Joan, and is the father of two grown sons, Tom Jr. and Chris. Tom and Joan live in Willow Grove along with their two golden retrievers, Mickey and Molly.

John Catterall John joined Celtic Crossroad in 1994. He sings lead and harmony vocals, and plays guitar, mandolin, and tenor banjo in the band.
John is one of the most versatile musicians in the Philadelphia area. He is the driving force, along with Mark Arrington, of the highly acclaimed Mountain Laurel Bluegrass Band. He also appears with area bands The King Brothers, and Tom Gala and the Terraplanes.

Mark Arrington Mark is an original member of Celtic Crossroad since 1978. He sings lead and harmony vocals and plays fiddle, guitar, tin whistle, 5-string banjo, and bodhran.
You might catch Mark at a local Irish session where he trades tunes with some of the best musicians in the Philadelphia area, or performing with his wife Leticia in the Mountain Laurel Bluegrass Band. He also plays for Irish step dancing competitions. Mark's daughter Elizabeth is a champion Irish Step dancer, and his son Phillip is a talented musician.
