Meditation is a way of reconnecting to the "power source" or spiritual world. There are many ways to meditate. The most important thing, no matter which method you choose to use, is to have no outside disruptions. For many people, soft music, candles, incense, and even the sound of flowing water, help to relax them into a tranquil state of mind. Others may use pre-recorded tapes, or tap into the Chakras. However you decide to meditate is completely up to you. Just remember that concentration is necessary to reach your desired goal.
