Dear friends of UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, BERKELEY (I am M.Sc. in Engineering, from 1978,
didn’t conclude PhD degree), I am almost OLD PROFESSOR (since 1979, when I departed
from BERKELEY) in the FEDERAL UNIVERSITY, of PARANA State (BRAZIL).
This is the
site: http://www.geocities.com/celsosavelligomes/relativity-VIEWPOINTS-forOLDgoodTHEORIES.htm
“VIEWPOINTS” (http://www.answers.com/VIEWPOINTS ):
Viewpoints is a theory of acting that provides a vocabulary for thinking
about and improvising movements and gestures… The
Viewpoints of Anne Bogart and Tina Landau: I. Of
Time (TEMPO -- how fast or slow something happens on stage; DURATION
-- … ; /span>KINESTHETIC RESPONSE -- …;
REPETITION -- …); II. Of Space (SHAPE -- …; GESTURE -- …; ARCHITECTURE
-- …; SPATIAL RELATIONSHIPS -- …;
TOPOGRAPHY -- the movement over landscape, floor pattern, design).
I tried twice posting in ADVANCED PHYSICS FORUMS. In both cases I was
banned. Now I understood why: I tried to post as
if THEORIES in the FORUM, when in fact they were only COMMENTARIES on old
aspects and viewpoints of Einstein’s RELATIVITY THEORY. In fact I invented nothing
of such mathematics I used in the simple evaluation of old and classic Einstein’s
formula. I just “handled Einstein’s FORMULAS”, in usual mathematics simple way.
I just got some MATHMATICS RESULTS, quite “strange”, that I
tried to evaluate. It is as if in an explicit equation of 3rd
order, only two roots are known. And you get the 3rd missing root and
you try to evaluate what it would mean in the practical World. You should take into
account my age and that I am long living outside USA: thus I unnoticed some of your
important guidelines.
You can see
what the FORUM erased and that was not unfair, as they just followed FORUM RULES.
It appears to be a very good Forum, of good quality.

(click and see it didn’t fit well on printed paper). Site was erased.
I GUESS YOU CAN SEE above contents as FROM PRINTED version FROM “WORD FILE”

(it is like …GRAVITY_FIELD1 and 2.JPG, together…)
Some minor differences are
possible in relation to message sent to Forum, as they were being prepared in
Word before being sent as Message.
I hope you
enjoy about it, as more is to be added, as if improving data from other my
sites, as an EVALUATION OF WHAT WOULD TAKE PLACE IF ALICE (from LEWIS Carol’s
romance, ALICE IN WONDERLAND) had fallen into an endless vertical WALL, going
directly to the center of an infinitely distant very massive star which is
almost a BLACK HOLE. What and how the MATHMATICS of such event could be made
and shown? I already did it in one my site, and I would present the CLASSIC
COMPUTATIONS, based on Einstein’s formula, but arranged into quite innovative mathematics,
as if the one that allowed to discover the missing 3rd root of one
known equation without such answer. BEST PERSONAL REGARDS, SINCERELY YOURS,
CELSO
SAVELLI GOMES (University Professor, RESEARCHER since 1971) [email protected]
(feel at home for students)
celsosavellIgom
P.S.: some
material, quite interesting and CLASSIC, about THEORY OF RELATIVITY, maybe with
some unusual mathematics steps, is shown in:
http://geocities.yahoo.com.br/celsosavelligomes/SECOND_LAW_GRAVITATIONexactly.htm
(very elementary Math’s, I invented
none NEW Physics)
http://geocities.yahoo.com.br/celsosavelligomes/SECOND_LAW_OF_UNIVERSAL_GRAVITATION.htm
(very elementary mathematics…)
The material is quite simple. There
is nothing in it, as it starts with classic formulas of RELATIVITY,
that are quite simples, but taught in such quite difficult way
for some students understand them, mainly those not used to advanced
mathmatics. Thus I, as University of California (M.Sc.), as professor and
researcher since 1971, I am trying to provide to such students some simpler
mathmatics way to handle such formulas and trying to show them what the
results, not so complex, could mean. As about one person falling into a deep
well, in fact almost endless well, very vertical one, ending on the surface of
a very massive star, quite like a black hole, where it will take the collision.
What would happen with such person, all along his/her fall, in an almost
infinite distance (taking into account the dimensions of a person...). What
would be the forces that are to be taken into account, considering only the
classic formulation of Einstein's theory? None more theory being required? Well,
maybe some deep well could be quite without light (dark, as a dark room or
ghost room of some movies). For such students, and I have had so many in my 35
years as researcher, that have fear, even of very simple and trivial
mathematics, I since now advise: "PLEASE, GET OUT OF HERE! MOVE
OUT!". Maybe you are to become scared with so simple mathematics that is
used and you get angry!
It is very difficult to present Math’s
in this forum. This is because I am new in it and even being almost (?)
somewhat OLD PROFESOR, I may "LEARN" about how better using of
so great things this Forum provides.
As there is a limitation on the
size of the message, it is presented not in the FORUM, but in another place. Thus
we save on space for storing such stuff, mainly without value. I have one class,
in Federal University, that I have been lecturing about the same subject, since
1979 and I am bored... In any way I made the course more modern and my students
can follow the lessons using my sites in Internet and visiting many others
listed as bibliography.
I hope to present you (is already
in Internet, and probably I would have to made its mathematics even simpler) on
how to design linear accelerators and computing all forces and energies that
are involved, all along the length of the accelerator, for any conditions you
may provide, as energy available for accelerating each particle, desired
acceleration pattern, desired energy, desired velocity at the collision, etc. In
fact it is quite similar to the problem of one endlessly deep well, but in this
case we can’t manipulate the formula for universal attraction between a mass
and an object, of tangible or not tangible mass. Such are quite funny sites,
already available. Quite like black box. We could provide a step-by-step
evaluation of what is being computed, and with what formulas, those CLASSIC of
PHYSICS and those directly from Einstein's theory.
http://www.geocities.com/celsosavelligomes/relativity-VIEWPOINTS-forOLDgoodTHEORIES.htm
(remember, I am not “posting this message” and it is not part of the FORUM, but
only some bibliographic site, not to be visited as for the generic visitor of
this message).
Please, people that have not even
the very basic knowledge of trivial simple mathematics, stay away! The same is
advised for those who have fear of falling into some endlessly deep well,
mainly without illumination along so long fall, as to stay reading "Alice
in Wonderlands"... Take care!
Best regards, "UNIVERSITY
PROFESSOR, in duty as Staff professor".

relativity: "VIEWPOINTS" for OLD good THEORIES very
simple/easy mathmatics 3rd degre! It is very difficult to
present easy Math’s in this academic forum. This is because I am new in
it and even I being almost (?) somewhat OLD PROFESOR, I know I need
to "LEARN" more, about how better use so great tools this Forum
provides. Should she (ALICE) increase size and/or weight during the long fall? Lewis' showed such increase while travelling through Kingdom Wonderland Best regards, from this funny "UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR, in continuous duty as Staff professor" since 1979. celsosavellIgom |
