The classic ones in this area are BOOCH's, RUMBAUGH's, MEYER's.

Object-Oriented Analysis and Design With Applications by G.Booch
Object-Oriented Modeling and Design by J.Rumbaugh et al
Object-Oriented Software Construction 2nd by B.Meyer

All of them are best materials. Unfortunately Meyer's book describes and introduces a new programming language:Eiffel, but who wants to learn a new language when there has C++ and Java. His book is also very thick (over 1,200 pages), just like the Eiffel Tower which may crush you sometime. WOW!
