Taro toured with Céline as part of the band for the majority of the Falling Into You and Let's Talk About Love world tours. He came onstage to play "To Love You More" with her. The song is a haunting and very beautiful duet between Taro's violin and Céline's voice. (For part of the USA tour of LTAL, Roddy Chiong played the song instead of Taro.)

Taro Hakase is Japanese and first played To Love You More with Céline and his band Kryzler & Kompany for a Japanese TV show theme tune. (See story page for more information). The band broke up in 1996 and he released an album titled "Watashi" in 1997. His second album "Walking With You" was released not only in Japan, but also in USA and Canada.
