The RL (real life) stuff here most likely bores people to tears, but this place is mine and I can put whatever I want on it. Most of the time I'm ranting about the stupidity of those I work with, or I just use this place as a journal of sorts for myself. (I hate to write in paper journals) At least I don't use a font that's like size -20938, where reading it causes your eyes to begin bleeding. Nor do I abbreviate every freaking word, as if it's that difficult to type or to spell them. Examples: pls, plz, cos, u, u r, etc.

How l33t are you?
That is really freaking annoying. Playing Ultima Online somewhat helped increase my 'tolerance' to d00d speak, but when I see it on someone's weblog, it just makes their IQ seem to spiral downwards at a rapid pace. That shit kills brain cells. Moving from Chesapeake to the Drachenfels server in UO helped matters ingame. My German is somewhat limited, so I don't even notice when they speak like that, at least for now.

(yeah, that's me with the blue hair)
The worst was when I played Everquest (aka 'Evercrack'). Someone would ask for a 'Sow Plz' or ask in shout 'Cn ne 1 bind me pls thx'...
*shudders*
Something else that I find annoying are the sites that have tons of little animated gifs and use bright reds and oranges as their background colors...and how they use sound. I hate sites that play some god awful crappy digital song when you visit. That really irks me. I recently fixed that little issue and can no longer hear them, but I still think people that use the sound shit should be flogged. Really. It's nice that those people can do all those neat little things, but honestly, most 'normal' people tend to avoid those sites like the plague.
Oh well.
Once again I find myself wanting to go back to bed. I did that yesterday and didn't get up until after noon. Of course I could have been writing a post for the Inn or working on my 'to do' list, which is filled with all sorts of housework. But no, I slept and it felt very good. I have to pick up Dylan in five hours, so I can either do my writing and a bit of homework, or sleep for three hours and do housework for two. Such a difficult decision to make.
Perhaps I'll just drink more coffee and do absolutely nothing for a few hours. Then I'll make a decision.
