Living in a house full of celebrities should be a test for Germaine as she hates smoking and won't tolerate smoking around her. She admits that she "can sometimes be quite short with people and I'm supposed to be terrifying."
Why did you decide to take part in Celebrity Big Brother?
Because any money I earn will make a big difference to my charity.
Which charity have you picked and why?
Buglife. I'm Vice President and they're very short of funds. It's not glamorous though.
What do you think you'll find the hardest thing about being in the Celebrity Big Brother house?
Never being alone.

Digging a new duck pond.
What do your family and friends think about you being in Celebrity Big Brother?
They're tearing their hair out.
What's your most annoying habit?
As I live alone, I don't know. I'm about to find out, although it could be grinding my teeth and pulling monkey faces.
Can you cook and what's your signature dish?
I can cook and therefore have no signature dish.
Why do you think you'll make a good housemate?
Because most of my life I have lived with people and know what can be done in a cooperative situation - but it's important to keep your privacy.
What will be your 'party piece' to entertain your fellow housemates?
I don't think it's my duty to entertain housemates. The definition of boring is card tricks, other people's dreams and other people's sex.
