M80 has a Plan

We are joined by Mike Savage and The Arch Angel, who will provide commentary for today's event. They ask M80 what is he going to do today, and why. They are currently not in the usual area of the Dixon House of Pain, as they are out front...so everything seems a little sketchy. M80 says he plans to attack Calypso on his way to the Dixon House of Pain to attempt to win back the Hardcore Title. The Title has 24/7 Defense rules, so he wants to get this done quickly and easily. Arch Angel will be special guest referee due to the fact that many BBA Officials have gone on strike due to the constant attacks by BBA Superstars.

Match Details: 1-on-1, Hardcore, 24/7 Defense

Calypso approaches the Dixon House of Pain with the Hardcore Title in hand. M80 charges him with a wooden baseball bat, and knocks over the unexpecting Calypso. He stomps away, and hits him with the bat some more. Calypso is back to his feet, and M80 nails a DDT. M80 locks in a spinning toe hold. Calypso makes it back to his feet again, and explodes with offense. Calypso connects with a gutwrench suplex, and picks up the bat. He attacks the fallen M80, and throws the bat back to the floor. Calypso picks up the Hardcore Championship, and M80 (now back to his feet) has the baseball bat. Calypso dodges several swings of the bat, before kicking the bat out of his possession. Calypso locks in the Dragon Sleeper, and M80 works his way out of it. Calypso then connects with a suplex. M80 eventually fights back, and connects with a diamond cutter for a two count. Calypso manages to lock in the Taz Missions, but M80 battles out. M80 connects with a devastating bulldog. Now M80 has a stickball bat, and attacks Calypso some more with it. He chokes him with the bat, and decides to now attack him with a shovel. M80 attempts to hit Calypso with the Hardcore Championship, but Calypso hits a dropkick. Calypso grabs the baseball bat and begins to swing away on M80. Calypso misses a Con-Shovel-O, but manages to lock in a Full Nelson submission. M80 breaks out of it with a sidewalk slam. Calypso comes back with a Dragon Suplex, and locks in the Walls of Calypso! Calypso lets go of the hold, but M80 gives him a low blow. M80 attempts for a bushwhacker, but cannot manage to toss Calypso far enough. M80 locks in a single leg crab, and Calypso reverses it into an ankle lock. M80 has the bat again, but cannot connect in his swings. Calypso grabs the bat from him, and smashes him in the ankle with the bat!! Calypso with a school boy, and M80 kicks out after two. Calypso irish whips M80 right into the street sign. Calypso now attacks him with the Title, and connects with the Impaler! 1...2...and Calypso breaks the pin himself? It has become apparent that Calypso wants to inflict more damage. He now connects with the Twisted Piledriver! 1...and Calypso wants to hurt M80 some more! M80 can barely stand up, and Calypso connects with another Twisted Piledriver! 1...2...3 and Calypso has successfully defended the Hardcore Championship! The BBA Veteran has destroyed the BBA Up-and-Comer.

Arch Angel speaks his mind

The Arch Angel is confronted by Mike Savage, who asks him what he thinks about Calypso demanding another World Heavyweight Title rematch. Arch Angel says he has already defended the title, and he wants to take on other challengers. Arch Angel says that he will be giving him an opportunity to challenge for the Tag-Team Championships very soon. Calypso confronts him, and says that next week he will be getting his World Title rematch. Calypso reminds him about the other World Title contenders. He says that Crazy Joe will battle The Impostor and himself in a triple threat match, to determine who faces the World Champion at Backyard Assault. If Calypso wins the World Title next event AND wins the triple threat match, then he doesn't have to defend the title at the PPV. Calypso says C-X will win the Tag-Titles back at the next show. Arch Angel says if it comes down to himself vs. his tag partner Crazy Joe, then so be it. Arch Angel only cares about himself. Calypso reminds Arch Angel the only reason he is still champ is because The Impostor screwed Calypso out of the title match last week. Calypso wonders how Crazy Joe feels about Arch Angel "stealing" his #1 Contendership when Calypso lost the title to Arch Angel. Calypso is obviously attempting to stir things up with Forsaken. Arch Angel says he doesn't give a crap about Crazy Joe, and he doesn't care. Calypso makes an announcement that the Hardcore Title will no longer be defended 24 hours/7 days a week. He is doing this because if Arch Angel pins him in a future match, that The Arch Angel can't declare himself the Hardcore Champion. Arch Angel brags about having Three Championships, and makes fun of Calypso for taking a step down by becoming Hardcore Champion. Calypso reveals he doesn't give a damn about the belt, and declares it vacant! Calypso reveals that the World Heavyweight Title match at Backyard Assault will be a Last Man Standing match, regardless of who is the participants. Arch Angel says he will do ANYTHING to remain the BBA Champion, and he will put his body on the line. And with that, Saturday Hardcore is over.
