The Chemung County Pagan Pride Day (CCPPD) will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2005 at the Chemung County Fairgrounds in Horseheads, NY.  The intent of CCPPD is to foster pride in our Pagan Identity through education, activism, Charity and community while offering crafts people, food vendors and organizations an opportunity to sell their products.
1.
There are three types of vendor participation:
2.
* Food (ethnic and non-ethnic)
* Craft (ethnic and non-ethnic)
* Busniness merchants
CCPPD would like to feature vendors of New Age, Multi-cultural and Multi-religious items which can include ethnic food and/or craft vendors.  An Ethnic food or craft is defined as a traditional or contempory food or craft representative of a country, made by and/or sold by persons of that country's heritage.
3.
All Vendors should have a Valid New York State Certificate of Authority to Collect Sales Tax.  If you do not have one, you may obtain one free of charge from the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance online and clicking on the link Certificate of Authority to Collect Sales Tax-Show/Entertainment Vendors. Please allow at least 4 weeks for processing.
4.
Vendors planning to sell Athames are asked to please leave them home.  While we can be fairly certain the Pagans attending will be responsible, the same cannot be said of the Muggles.  Better to err on the side of caution than to incur the wrath of an angry parent.
5.
Vendor Space is limited and all applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
6.
CCPPD is a rain or shine event.  Be prepared for rain with adequate covering for your booth.  No refunds will be issued 14 days prior to the event, or due to inclement weather conditions.
7.
Packaging waste generated by vendors must be taken to the trash receptales in the vendor's booth area, or taken home with the vendor.  Let's leave the grounds looking better than when we arrived.  Vendor's who do not follow this procedure will be charged a $25.00 clean up fee.
8.
Minimal electricity may be available. Vendors needing electricity should make a note on their application and we will attempt to accommodate you.
9.
Vendor spaces will be 10 feet by 10 feet square.  Vendor's must bring all their own equipment and supplies including, but not limited to, chairs, tables, tableclothes, canopy tents, and whatever else needed to run their booth effeciently.  The CCPPD Committee will not furnish any office supplies.
10.
CCPPD Officially runs from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm  Vendors will be allowed access to the Fairgounds beginning at 9:00 am and must be set-up by 10:30 am.  If you need an earlier set-up time, let us know.  ALL VENDORS ARE ASKED TO NOT TEAR DOWN BEFORE 5:30 PM!  Vendors will need to be broken down and on their way off the grounds by 7:00 pm
11.
No pets (except Service Animals), boom boxes, bicycles, roller blades, or skateboards will be allowed at CCPPD.
12.
