A NEW DAY'S PRAYER

O gracious God we thank you
For this wonder-filled new day,
May we use it to Thy glory,
And in your presence humbly stay.

May we praise you with our voices,
Let our deeds bring joy and love,
As we share with those around us
All your blessings from above.

Remember us to all the loved ones
In the comfort of your care,
Help us fill our lives with goodness,
And for heaven's home prepare.

Keep strong the ties of fellowship
That bind us fast to Thee,
May the love of Christ our Savior
Be with us eternally. Amen
