CHARLIE COMPANY 1RAR ANNUAL REUNION
12 - 13 - 14 October 2007

This year at the Twin Towns Services Club at Tweed Heads the First Battalion Association is holding their annual reunion. We haven't had a Charlie Company reunion for three years now and I was thinking it is time we did it again. We can do that by joining with the 1RAR Reunion. Note�you do not have to be a member of the First Battalion Assoc to attend this reunion.

I am recommending the South Tweed Motel it is about 1klm south of Twin Towns Services Club, a level easy walk or you can catch the Twin Town courtesy bus at the door. I suggest that you book three nights, in Friday out Monday. Assuming that we will have a really good roll up I will organise a separate Charlie farewell function for the Sunday afternoon.

Couple of things .... I would suggest that you book your accommodation very promptly ... the motels here fill very quickly. If you are flying fly into Gold Coast (Coolangatta) airport there are some good airfare on offer at the moment.

REUNION NOTE: Our annual reunion has been move away from May at the request of many members, both Vietnam 1st and 2nd tour. These members have advised that they would attend if the reunion was moved away from the 'Coral Reunion'. At our last reunion it was considered that for the benefit of all these members we should move the reunion back to October.  It is now hoped these members support the change.
