The above information (as well as student name, grade, and year) is included at the heading of the evaluations which I do.  I have four Pennsylvania certifications which I believe have been very helpful to those students whom I have evaluated.  Because I have been in education for almost four decades, my experience has aided me greatly as I observe students to determine their growth throughout the year.  I keep a file for each child with the previous year's information, evaluation and any important findings.

Two areas of my evaluation which I emphasize are diagnosis of any weak areas which can then be addressed in the following year's objectives.  I am always as positive as I can be in the evaluation describing possible strategies which will be helpful in overcoming any deficits I may encounter in the evaluation.  I spend time with the parent as I discuss the strengths and weaknesses I may have observed.
