Corner Brook Regional High's Physical Education program offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities. It is hoped that through their experiences, students will obtain an understanding of the importance of life long participation in physical activities and enable them to making positive choices that will enhance their personal physical, mental and spiritual health.
