Ronan Keating’s reputation as an artist of the highest caliber has lead to him working with some of the world’s best songwriters and producers, from Steve Lipson, Pat Leonard (Madonna) and Barry Gibb (The Bee Gees) to Bryan Adams and Gregg Alexander (The New Radicals) on his latest album, ‘Destination’. Ronan himself describes the album as “… a real mix of pop, rock and traditional music. There are pieces from the contagious rhythm like Love won’t work (If We don’t try), Come be my baby and I Love it when we do. Or songs more reflective like My one thing that’s real and As much as I can give you girl. I’m proud of every single track. Each song sounds and feels very special. I was really nervous at first about going in to the studio on my own without the other lads, but it was exciting to create my own stuff and to write with new people”. “I’m really happy with the result” he adds. Riding on his success of his self-titled debut album, Ronan Keating makes a return with Destination. Full of romantic guitar pop a ballads, the album has a whole lush, classy sound. The songs are a mix of slower, soulful ballads and faster, bouncy songs. The lyrics of the songs mainly deal with love and romance. As the father of two and happily married to Yvonne (sorry gals) and at the ripe old age of 25, Ronan Keating shows us a vocal maturity in this album, moving away from the boy-band sound that brought him world-wide attention. Ronan has found a style that suits him, and damn he does it well. This CD is a VERY pleasant mix of danceable tunes and melodious ballads, all brought together The first single, a cover of Garth Brooks 1989 hit, 'If Tomorrow Never Comes'. Is performed with feeling by Ronan using his unique voice to it's maximum. There are some big ballads featured on the album like Time For Love, and The Long Goodbye, which was co-written by Ronan and also previously released, by the Country Duo Brooks and Dunn in the USA last year. Also some moody mid-tempo tunes like My One Thing That's Real. The Albums not all slow harmonies and swooning vocals. Amongst the slow numbers are the hit tunes Lovin' Each Day and I Love It When You Do, both well deserving of a good ol' sing-a-long should the mood strike. Another Late hit released from the album is the duet between Ronan and Scottish singer Lulu that is quite a lovable number. And there's also a lovely wee note on the inside cover which reads:' To all who have listened, played, bought, loved and believed... thank you'

So If You’re a true Ronan fan or just someone who enjoys great music go get his album now

Ronan’s debut album, ‘Ronan’ is proof enough that he has now established himself as a talented and experienced singer songwriter as he continues to enthrall and entertain one and all with his matured lyrics and vocal style . This album targets a mature audience as well as the devoted fans who stuck by him through the boyzone times and who are mostly around his age as well. Standout tracks include his first single, ‘when you say nothing at all’, taken from the picture ‘Notting Hill’ .It lasted for two weeks on the UK charts and is a slow romantic love song that has now almost gained anthem status among all Ronan’s fans. Another great track Life is a roller coaster, was the follow up single released by Ronan, which also topped the UK charts proving that Ronan’s debut as a solo pop artist wasn’t short lived like the careers of previous ex-boyband members . This mid-tempo feel-good song Co- written by Greg Alexander of the New Radicals is also a great track that complements Ronan’s amazing vocals. Ronan’s next release, ‘The way you make me feel’, co-written by Bryan Adams is another melodious slow paced love ballad with good lyrics and a great tune. Other slow paced love ballads include, ‘If I don’t tell you now’, ‘Addicted’, ‘In this Life’, ‘Brighter days’  and my personal favorite ‘When the world was mine’. Medium paced tracks include the peppy, ‘Somedays’, ‘Only for you’, ‘If you love me’, the melodious ‘Keep on walking’ and ‘Heal me’ written by Greg Alexander and Rick Knowles about the healing power of love. Thus I Think this album is definitely worth a buy and a must for all boyzone fans and pop music enthusiasts so if you don’t have the album it’s never too late to grab hold of it now.
