Weird Schtuff!

I'm feeling better overall today, compared to yesterday.   Things just didn't seem to go right yesterday.

My wife seemed more apologetic today!   I still was angry with her and felt she was a bit unfair and "out of line" with regard to the things that I should be doing on a day-to-day basis.

The band played better rhythmically last night at The Catamaran, and I'm glad the brass and sax sections were going to have some sectional rehearsals today.

I practiced hard on the practice pads today...  about 4 hours.  And it's because I purchased a special pad for practicing double-bass drum stuff!

Automatically, with 4 hours of practice comes a greater amount of confidence in playing.   I'm still not satisfied with my own playing and I need to get to the next level.   My weakness has always been double-bass drum work and I'm glad I purchased the special pad for practicing it!
