Assignments for Computer Skills

Week of Nov. 21-27, 2006

Mail merge for Ex, 34 on p. 173.  I want you to complete FORM and print the 5 merged documents.  Then  create another merged letter--perhaps a Christmas letter to your friends for ON YOUR OWN.

 For the last class please bring your list of questions, or short cuts that you wish to learn besides Word Art, clipart, drawing and inserting photos into documents.  Think of a flyer that you would like to create for your church, club or party.

  3. Go to the Internet and learn about APA Style Format  and type a title page for the one page report.

Typed assignments:  Create a header with FULL NAME, DATE, TITLE OF ASSIGNMENT.

PRINT PREVIEW and proofread before you print a completed assignment. 

Staple assignment sheet on top of all assignments completed during the week.
