Can I download the catalogue or brochure?
We apologize that we do not have any catalogue or brochure at the moment,
but you may find all of our products in our website or link to here.
Can I buy any samples?
We apologize that we do not receive any order for sample.
How about the payment?
We only accept the following payment method:
- Western Union
- Bank transfer (only for local bank)
Order will be confirmed after we have received 50% down payment
and the rest should be paid before delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order for both wedding invitation and
Birthday invitation is 300 pcs.
(For order below 300 pcs will be charged the same as minimum order).
Is there any discount?
We will give you discount for these quantity below:
- 10% discount for 501 up to 1.000 pcs.
- 20% discount for >1.000 pcs.
What is procedure if proofing?
You send the wording in word or text format and we will
get the material designed. When it is ready, it'll be
sent to your e-mail to get your approval. In case of any
corrections, you'll need to send it back to us, and we
will correct it immediately.
The production will be started once you have given us the approval.
It is IMPORTANT to be carefully review the proof to make sure
it meets your expectation.
It is your responsibility to provide the accurate wording.
Can I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel your order but you may change to other model
as long as we have not started the production yet.
How long does it take to fullfill an order?
It takes around 20 days after the approval.
How many font types that you have for designing?
We have many collections of it, and we usually using script font
for our normal design, but in the case that you may have any
prefered fonts which we do not have, then you need to send the
font to us and we will use it accordingly.
Do you print any other languages beside English?
No.We only print the wording in English and Indonesia at the moment.
How much is the shipping cost and how long dows it take for delivery?
The cost will be vary depend on your location and what service you use.
We will let our customer to choose which shipping company and service they want to use.
