Structures

The following table shows all non-housing structures in Caesar III. "Road?" specifies whether road access is needed or not. "Size" and "Desirability/Range" are measured in map tiles. A structure's desirability effect, no matter whether it is positive or negative, decreases towards its maximum range. The maximum possible range for spreading desirability is 6 tiles.

1) The "c3_model.txt" file states that the desirability range for these buildings is 8, but indeed the maximum possible range is 6.

2) The market is an interesting special case concerning desirability: it has a slightly negative effect on its closest neighborhood (1. - 2. tile) and a slightly positive effect in more distant areas (4. - 6. tile).
