Londinium
The central city consists of 7x7 medium insulae housing blocks. This block scheme leads to many inefficient 1x1 houses, and as a result, lots of laborers are needed to produce enough pottery and furniture. Today, I would use larger blocks with grand insulae.
Final ratings (June 92 AD): 11.872 population, 79 culture, 76 prosperity, 100 peace, 77 favor
