Riding the Line No.2
Leaving my southeast Louisiana base camp, I rode  northwest for a while up La.450, my favorite fast way to Mississippi. Nothing was catching my attention and no theme for this ride materialized so I took a picture of these cows thinking they may be the answer to the theme vacancy. I figured I would do a cow route featuring a thousand cows  locating them with the GPS. From the reception this crew showed me, it was obvious that not even the subjects of the cow ride were interested. This would be the last cow picture I took.
Not every town can claim Britney.
I decided to make believe I was a reporter for "Entertainment Tonight", though I would certainly be late to the party for the "Britney  Scoop" I set about trying to find all things Britney, one step up from the cow idea.  I found the high school and visualized Britney in chorus class.
The Britney story was going nowhere. I decided to punt on that one and go back to shooting old buildings. Here's a great old full service filling station. It looks like it had a diner.
