I left 43 and headed northeast. The following pictures were taken along a line from above Ole Stewart to just west of Baxterville then north of MS 13 until I finally turned south, north of US 84, and lookd for a place to cross the Pearl. I found a crossing below the Rockville bridge and above the US 84 bridge. I could tell you all the roads but that would be senceless since no one ever follows this stuff anyway, accept Fred. I thought I saw Jason up in Bassfied after I'd gone through Purvis and Oloh. Great riding around there if you get off your butt and go.
Caboose houses rarely come along. One came along. Dang, I did have a train thing. Burma Shave.
Old houses in white face were very common. People only had money to paint the front of the house. Did necessity turn into custom? We will see this again in the trilogy. Maybe in this portion, it's all a blur, Fred. And I'm sure you'll point that out later in one of your mauve stationery e-mails.
I saw this river on the GPS and needed to cross it. After crossing it I needed to cross it again as the road was headed north and I was headed south. On the second pass I saw the old house far off the road and by the river. I zoomed in and this might be the last picture of her.
Below is another familiar pit stop picture. Notice, Mz Guzzi has turned her back in probable disgust.
