The Answers
Your website seems to lean toward products for
pets. Do you have plans to expand this line any time soon?
No, we don't. We carry a proven fungus product for pets,
BUT the Colloidal Silver is primarily for humans (just adapted for pets).
The article on "Safe Herbs for your Pets" is adapted for pets, although
primarily used by people.
Does Bacillinum really work for ringworm?
Absolutely. The only variable seems to be the length of
time required due to an aggressive or resistant strain of fungus.
Is Bacillinum safe for my pets?
Bacillinum is a single ingredient homeopathic remedy that
is completely safe. It will not cause liver damage/liver failure as some
prescription medications have done.
How do I use Bacillinum?
Basically, you add a measured amount to a gallon of distilled
water. There are optional methods depending on whether you feed a raw diet
or are treating kittens or puppies.
At the top of this page you'll find a link to a Bacillinum
article which also includes directions for usage.
How long do I use Bacillinum?
The minimum recommended protocol is for a period of 3
months.
When can I expect to receive my order of Bacillinum?
I don't want to wait 3-4 weeks. I need it now.
Bacillinum and Colloidal Silver Orders are usually shipped within
2-4 business days after we have received your payment.
How do I use Colloidal Silver for my pet? For
myself?
At the top of this page you'll find a link to an article
about Colloidal Silver which also includes directions.
I've heard that using Colloidal Silver will cause
the skin to turn blue. Is this true?
Pure Colloidal Silver processed with distilled water and
99.99% pure silver WILL NOT cause argyria.
Is there a "shelf-life" for Bacillinum or Colloidal
Silver?
There is NO known shelf-life for either product as long
as each is stored in its original (or similar) packaging. Bacillinum especially
needs to be kept away from strong light, and is packaged in either amber
glass or food grade plastic opaque containers. The only additional cautions
for Colloidal Silver is to keep it away from electronic eqpt and magnetic
sources.
I'd prefer to use herbs and homeopathics for
my pets. How do I know which herb to use for a specific problem?
Please visit our "Safe Herbs for Pets" section. There
you'll find a detailed article describing what each herb/homeopathic is
used for.
What do your shipping and handling charges
include?
We try very hard to keep product prices as low as possible.
However, we ship several products in dark amber glass or opaque food quality
plastic bottles, which increases the overall package weight. We insure
each package shipped to insure that your products arrive safely and undamaged.
What do I do if my package arrives obviously
damaged?
1) DO NOT accept a damaged package from the United States Post Office.
REFUSE the delivery.
2) Notify me that the package was damaged and that you refused it.
3) Your order will be re-shipped within 2 days of our receipt the damaged package.
I did accept the damaged package! Now what
do I do?
Take the package to your local post office. It should already
have some indication marked on it by your mailman that it was damaged when
delivered. Tell the USPS that it's damaged and insured, and that it needs
to be returned to the sender.
