Sectional Building Guarantee
Free Roof Guarantee
B.S.Joinery Services, Harlaw Business Centre, Harlaw Road, Inverurie, here by Guarantee that any sectional building manufactured and supplied with a heat bonded bituminous roofing material, will have an effective Guarantee against Roof Leakage for a period of 12 Months from the original date of supply.

In the unlikely event of a defect manifesting itself within the
Guarantee period,
B.S.Joinery Services will at their discretion :-
Repair
or replace any part of the felt roofing material free of charge.
Provided
that :-
1.
(a)
The Building was erected by B.S.Joinery Services
when originally
supplied.
(b)
The Foundations on which the building is erected,
are level and conform to the recommended
specifications set out by B.S.Joinery Services.
(c)
Written details of any alleged roof leakage are
received within one month of its occurrence.
(d)
The Building has not been relocated or
modified in any way by any persons other than
B.S.Joinery Services.
(e)
Failure of the roofing if any has not been
caused by any external forces (e.g. fallen trees).
2.
(a)
DEFINITION OF ROOF LEAKAGE.....Is
water which permeates through the external felt covering from the outside in and not any dampness or
mildew on the internal roof surfaces
caused by condensation due to natural atmospheric humidity.
(b)
If we
are requested to inspect any alleged roof leakage which proves not to have been caused by
defective roofing felt, a call out charge may apply.
(c)
As it is the customers responsibility to
prepare any foundations required,
B.S.Joinery Services will not be held responsible for any roof leakage
problems caused by settlement or
subsidence of sub-standard or non-conforming foundations.
(d)
Whilst every care is taken in selecting
materials , we cannot give an unqualified Guarantee as timber is of
natural origin and is liable to shrinkage, cracking, warping and water
absorption due to varying climatic
conditions. Should any of this happen it is in no way a reflection of poor quality
materials being used to manufacture any of our products.
(e)
It is the customers
responsibility to look after and maintain the building after it has been
delivered & erected. We recommend that the external surfaces of the building

ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE : -
No
Guarantee other than that which is clearly stated above, has, is or at any time
been either implied stated or offered.

All delivery notes must be produced as proof of date of supply.
PLEASE NOTE: - If you loose your delivery note your guarantee will be void.
