The fans crowded at the doors of the Sheraton. Shouts and euphoria in the press conference of the Backstreet Boys. In a press conference at the Sheraton Hotel, a little chaotic and overwhelmed with fans, the members of the Backstreet Boys thanked their fans for their loyalty and they even sang the Happy Birthday. Look at the images of the meeting with fans and press media.
At the end of the meeting: fans give the BSB T-shirts of the national soccer team.
The Backstreet Boys offered a press conference of half and hour in fron of an overwhelmed audience of journalists and fans. The meeting began one hour after the time that was said and it was had the joy and shouts of hundreds of fans that were outside and inside the Sheraton Hotel.
"It's very flattering to come to a country that we do not know and find lost of people that loves us and follows us" That's how Kevin started the press conference. And Howie D completed the sentence by saying that "the fans are very caring."
The Backstreet are playing on Saturday, at 21:30, at River Plate Stadium. The introduction of these words was a concentration of more than one hundred girls crowded at the doors of the hotel. A few privileged ones were able to get inside the press conference room thanks to different contests organised by radios and TV channels. Indeed the first two questions to the BSB were done by fans of the group.
"It makes us very happy to know that there are fans that do not shower to go to see us, that they camp(is this a verb? -sorry I'm in a hotel about to leave for the BSB concert) for us, that don't sleep. But I want to tell them that they must eat well," Kevin asked to the girls that have been camping for 45 days at River, where the boys are playing on Saturday at 21:30.
The funny touch was tried by journalist from a TV show called Videomatch, Figuretti, who asked AJ, Kevin, Howie D., Brian and Nick if they could sing at his niece birthday who lives in Claypole. The BSB replied by singing the Happy Birthday in the middle of the press conference.
The singer also denied the fact that this is their last world-wide tour, they said that they will play in the USA and Australia, they commented that in River they will unite old and new songs and they leave each one of them with a T-shirt of the national soccer team. The end of the press conference was completed with many girls who were next to the point of tears and hysteria.
