Backstreet Boys to Give Mexico Concert in March

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - The American pop sensation the Backstreet Boys plan to make their first appearance in Mexico in March, hot on the heels of their latest album, ``Black and Blue,'' which sold some 350,000 copies here.
The five Backstreet Boys, whose popularity has sold a record 55 million records, will appear in Mexico on March 23, a concert organizer said on Friday.
The quintet, made up of Kevin Richardson, Brian Litrell, A.J Mc Lean, Howie Dorough and Nick Carter, will be performing songs from their new album, as well as some of the songs that first made them popular, like ``All I have to give (1998).''
The Backstreet boys, which combine hip-hop sounds with rhythm and blues, have just come off a tour of Stockholm, Tokyo, Sidney, Rio de Janeiro and New York to promote their latest album.
