| At the March 26th meeting that the traffic study presentation was presented, I asked what added volume taffic increase the proposed improvements would provide. Hyder (now Arro) responded that the proposed improvements are recommended since they are allowed by the state based on current and future traffic projections. They had no estimate of how much faster traffic would flow through the intersections with the improvements since the improvements are based on traffic safety criteria, not traffic flow criteria. I then reiterated how I thought new ramp(s) will be necessary to provide a permanent solution. Mr. Stover (member of the board) also mentioned about land previously offered for a new 222N exit ramp.
