Motion by SylvanFisher second by Dick Horst to accept the minutes. Motion approved unanimously.Public Comment/Guests Ammon Shirk presented his final plans mylars to be signed. Motion by Sylvan Fishersecond by Dick Horst to sign the final plans mylars for Ammon Shirk. Motion approvedunanimously. Barry Smith reported that he has spoke with D&E Telephone about the lights. Someof the lights were re-directed towards the ground instead of towards the buildings.Some additional trees have been planted also.New Businessa Rufus M Reiff presented a request for consideration of an amended agreementbetween the Township and Reiff concerning his request that land developmentand storm water requirements be waived in order that a mobile home mayremain on his property. The current agreement states that the mobile homemust be removed when his parents and/or brother no longer live there. Hisparents are deceased and his brother has been moved to another state. Hisbrother could possibly move back in the future. His son would like to live therefor now.
