Motion approved unanimously.Public Comment/Guests:David Noyes requested to have available the unapproved minutes from the Boardmeetings. The Board feels that since there can be errors in the minutes, the Board can notallow the minutes to be posted to the public before they are approved.David Noyes then asked if the MoviE-town theater plans will interfere with the Schaum'sComer Intersection improvements. Mr Briggs informed him that the project is on the agendaand will be discussed later.Correspondence: The board reviewed the following correspondence: Recent correspondence from Barry and Josele regarding Lloyd Rutt. Letter from DEP regarding the implementation of Acts 67 and 68. Administrative checklist from the Water Authority regarding the Akron Hill Water Service. Correspondence from the Lancaster County District Attorney regarding the Drug TaskForce. Construction meeting minutes from January 19th and February 1st. Copy of correspondence from PPL Global to the Water Authority regarding the PPLGgeneration facility. Conestoga Valley School District newsletter.Old Business:The consideration of an application for exemption to use trash collection services by DavidN. Hoover of 720 Crooked Lane was reviewed. The tenant is currently out of the state withrelatives and the property is vacant. The Board feels that the municipal offices need to benotified when the tenants return or if the property is rented to another tenant. Motion bySylvan Fisher second by Thomas Briggs to exempt the property from the refuse/recyclingprogram while the tenant is not living at the property. Motion approved unanimously.
