Telephone Coordinator

Contacts other parents when there is an unexpected opportunity, emergency, or change in plans. Acts as or locates someone to act as the emergency contact during trips and events.

The Telephone Coordinator will act as or locate someone to act as the Emergency Contact during trip and events.

 

The Telephone Coordinator will maintain the emergency contact list. If they cannot act as the contact for an event, they will distribute the list to the appropriate individual. The information on the contact list can be gathered from the girls’ permission forms.

 

The Telephone Coordinator will contact other parents when there is an unexpected opportunity, emergency, or change in plans. For example, if a meeting were canceled due to inclement weather, the Telephone Coordinator would contact all parents and notify them of the cancellation. If desired, they may implement a phone tree.

 

The Telephone Coordinator will maintain an up-to-date phone list of all members.
