Refreshment Coordinator

Coordinates refreshments for meetings, parties and special events during the year.

 

The Refreshment Coordinator will organize refreshments for meetings, parties and special events during the year. This includes our Pot Luck Dinners.

 

The Refreshment Coordinator will maintain an up-to-date copy of the snack sign-up sheet. As new girls join the troop, the Refreshment Coordinator will encourage their parents to sign up for snack.

 

The Refreshment Coordinator will contact parents and remind them when it is their turn to bring snack. The Coordinator could call/email parents the week before or include the list in the monthly newsletter.

 

The Refreshment Coordinator will update the Snack List as additions are suggested by the troop and their families.

 

Optional: The Refreshment Coordinator may submit a list of names and the snacks provided to the Newsletter Editor each month. This brief statement would be used to thank parents for their contribution and to notify next month’s volunteers of what has recently been provided.
