Takes pictures of ceremonies, field trips, and camping outings. Keeps scrapbook up-to-date. Submits photographs of troop activities to the troop PR Director and to the church.

The Photographer will take pictures at all events that parents attend and at any event where they accompany the troop.

The Photographer will update the troop photos on the bulletin board at Hope Moravian Church each month.

The Photographer will submit photos for the Public Relation Director’s/Newspaper Editor’s use each month in a timely manner.

The Photographer will make the photos available to the Web Master after each event.

The Scrapbook Keeper will keep the scrapbook up-to-date.

The Scrapbook Keeper will receive photos from the Assistant Leader (Laurie Jones) and will add these pictures to the scrapbook on a regular basis.

The Scrapbook Keeper will drop off and pick up the scrapbook each week so that parents, girls, and leaders may view it. The Scrapbook Keeper will also present the scrapbook at other special Girl Scout events outside of the usual meeting time and place when requested.

The Scrapbook Keeper and Photographer will purchase the supplies needed and submit receipts for reimbursement.

Optional: The Photographer will investigate different types of cameras and make a recommendation to the Leader regarding the purchase of a camera for the troop.

Optional: The Photographer will teach the troop how to use a camera.
