Provides troop information to parents and the church on a regular basis. Informs local newspapers and council of significant troop events.

The Public Relations Director will submit an article, including one photograph, to the council newsletter each month.

When appropriate, the Public Relations Director will submit articles and photos to the Clemmons Courier.

The Public Relations Director will update the Scouting bulletin board at the church each month with copies of the troop and council newsletters.

The Newsletter Editor will publish a troop newsletter each month. The Leader will distribute it at first meeting of each month. The Web Master will add the newsletter (in Word or PDF format ) to the troop site.

The Newsletter Editor will obtain photographs from the leaders and the Troop Photographer each month.

The Newsletter Editor will schedule article contributions from girls and parents on a monthly basis.
