The Inventory Controller will solicit donations of money and supplies from organization and individuals. The troop primarily needs supplies to go camping and for making crafts. Ideal businesses would be Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, grocery stores, and craft stores.

The Inventory Controller will encourage families to donate craft and camping supplies by writing 1-2 articles relating to this topic for the monthly troop newsletter this year.

The Inventory Controller will update the list of requested items as donations are received.

The Inventory Controller will assist with the purchase of supplies. For example, they might pick up groceries for sleepovers and camping trips. They might also buy supplies needed to complete Try-Its and other troop activities. (Submit all receipts for reimbursement.)
