Core apple and place on 2 layers of foil. Fill apple with brown sugar, slice of butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, and raisins or (with marshmallows and pieces of chocolate. Wrap foil around the apple. Bake on coals for around 15 minutes (medium size apple).
