Recording Your Sightings
![]()
Members are encouraged to send in their day to day bird sightings at the end of each month so that they may be used in our monthly newsletter BIRD NEWS.
What to record
Anything that you see and which you regard as noteworthy. We keep all contributions and these are passed on to the relevant Recorders to help produce the county reports.
How to record
Our electronic record form is by far the easiest and preferred method of sending in your sightings. CLICK HERE….. to download the Excel record form and here for a Rare Bird Recording Form For Avon CLICK HERE.....
Where to send
The name and e-mail address of the person who is compiling BIRD NEWS is detailed at the end of each monthly newsletter. Please endeavour to send in your records promptly as we work to a tight deadline in order to publish BIRD NEWS as quickly as possible.
