Ultimate Chef Johnny Bravo always loved Asian food, but longed for an experience that was more high-class than your typical fast Chinese buffet. He dreamed of high quality ingredients, prepared with care and expertise, to bring out the best flavors of his favorite Asian foods.

So in 2016, Johnny set out on a quest to combine his favorite foods with the five star preparation and service he loved so much. He packed his bags in New York City, loaded up his car with his rescue dog Mr. Wiggles, and made a beeline for Pensacola, Florida.

Pensacola is full of rich history, and has some of the best beaches in all of North America, yet the community was missing something: a fine dining Chinese experience. Johnny was just the man to bring that experience to the grateful and hungry Pensacolians.
