In 1942 our family imigrated from Florence, Italy to avoid the war. Our grandparents owned a little pasta shop in the center of town and that was there life. When they left Italy, they had to leave everything behind, because they couldn't afford to travel with their belongings. As they made it to America, they saw an opportunity for a new beginning of freedom and the ability to create and do whatever they wanted with their lives.

Today, we've created Pasta Amore in memory of the hardship, travels, and adventures that our grandparents experienced. Every dish served at our restaurant is based off of actual recipes from the original pasta shop in Florence, Italy. We crafted every noodle, piece of bread, and sauce with the same care and love that was given so many year ago. Our goal is to bring the passion for food that our family has to you. We are all family, so come in, sit down, and celebrate our love for food.
