WHAT IS OUR BUSINESS
As a sole proprietorship we would construct rental housing, allowing both locals and visitors to rent a unit. Each housing complex has between 12 and 15 apartment unit. Each apartment unit has a single bedroom, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a laundry room, and a toilet and bath.
MARKET SIZE
Due to the expanding global population. People need a place to call home. So we reasoned, why not invest in building homes. We presently operate three housing complexes with a combined 31 units, and we intend to grow our company internationally. We anticipate and expand our business venture all throughout Asia by 2050.
