All orders are rendered complete upon shipping your package will LBC First Class Mail or LBC Priority Mail. If you selected concealed cash as your payment method, it is entirely at your own risk and we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, and/or stolen payments. Although all products are thoroughly inspected before being shipped, the handling by LBC may cause damages to your items. If your item is broken/breaks upon arrival, please do let us know! We will not bite, and will issue you a replacement, exchange, and/or refund. Email us with your order number stating which piece was broken upon arrival. In addition, please attach a proof photograph of the damaged item. If you are not satisfied with your products, let us know as well to claim a refund, return, or exchange. All refund, return, and/or exchange items must not have been worn, and must be in the condition it arrived. Please note that customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and, if for an exchange, also responsible for the new shipping fee.
