It is the tour member's responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports and visas, where necessary.

Responsibility - Postrade Opine duty in held on promoting, arranging, reservating and booking of all tour packages guiding by Postrade Opine panel tour operators. Note however that it is done as a courtesy to participants and Postrade Opine can not be held responsible for denied boarding, or for additional costs incurred.

Travel insurance - Postrade Opine strongly recommends that all travelers take out an adequate insurance policy before traveling. Please contact a travel insurer in your country to receive more information.

Package Pricing - Package Pricing is unstated coz pricing changes much depend on the accommodation of hotel categories and number of people in a group. Kindly let us know to help us with the budget you are looking.

Booking and reservation
Booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment. An advance deposit or part payment is only required in some circumstances such for corporated group in large amount of payment. All confirmed reservation will only be valid by facsimile, letter or email advices. Full settlement should be received no later than 45 working days prior to passenger's arrival.

Agent/Independent Tour Organizer - Postrade Opine will not held responsible for the business conducted by any of our sole agent if any misleading accurred.

All bookings and guaranteed reservations are not transferable. If cancellation to a reservation is made: NO REFUND will be entertained. Cheak in time is at 1400. Cheak out time is at 1200. Should you anticipate arriving later than 1800, please call the respective destination to inform of your a new arrival time. Force majeure clause's shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned or through or in consequence of war, strikes, riots and Acts of God or beyond the control of SSL (Sutera Santuary Lodges). Payment Terms - Payment mode, Payment shall be made using one of the following modes: -

After making payment, please advise us our file reference and/or invoice number, your date of remittance, the total amount remitted with a detailed breakdown of amount paid for each invoice/file, your banker and the corresponding bank in Malaysia.
Send us a notification by email of the remittance advice obtained from your bank will also facilitate in the clearance of payment from our local bank.
