Cashew Nut Shell Liquid

We produce cold processed CNSL. Cashew nut shell is heated in a steam jacketed vessel before being squeezed into the worm of the expeller. The expelled liquid then goes through four stages of settling before being heated to the required temperature of 175degree celcius.

Polymerization time 3 minutes max.

Moisture Content 0.3% max
