During the course of my academic career, I have accrued nearly 12 years of design experience through private endeavors. I had the privilege of being the owner/director of Blue Springs Daycare. In this setting I have have had the opportunity to hone my skills through a business perspective. I have also learned valuable professional skills such as small business management, staff training and development, self-promotion advertisement, event programming, and communication skills. In both my academic and professional life, I have been consistently praised as focused and detailed oriented by my professors and peers.
