My 1965 Series
2A pretending to be useful
There are many great Series Land Rover web sites on the net. I have collected a few of my favorite links here:
The Land Rover FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) is a great place to start. This extensive site features general Land Rover information as well as very specific maintenance and modification sections.
Land Rover Owner Mailing List: I have been a regular at the Bloody Knuckles Pub for a few years now, though I tend to be pretty quiet. I usually just sip my beer and listen to the discussion, while trying to ignore the flame fests.
The Series Shed is a great site created by Joseph Broach- an ex-Knoxvillian from whom I scavenged some free parts a year or so ago. Thanks again Joseph.
OldRover.com is a fun site with lots of great pics.
TeriAnn Wakeman is one of the earliest LRO regulars- her personal web site has some great pics and articles as well as an extensive collection of links (click on Land Rover at the bottom). She has also created a useful site full of Land Rover parts and expedition equipment at Overlander.net
If you can't get enough pics and personal pages, cruise around the Rover Webring for a while. That will cure you.
Ready to buy? The Land Rover Exchange is a large, free site for individuals to buy and sell Land Rovers and Rover parts.
