Joining
1. Be a fan of Bloom. It'd be silly to join a fanlisting if you aren't a fan of the subject!
2. You must provide your country. A fanlisting is supposed to list global fans, and I can't approve you as a member unless you specify what country you're from!
3. Don't sign up with a name like bLooMluvver200302, please give me a reasonable one. Fan names such as Flora or Mirta are acceptable.
After Joining
4. If you have a website, please put a code up linking back to this fanlisting! You are not required to have a website to join, but if you do have one it'd be greatly appreciated if you could please link back.
5. When linking back, do not direct link the codes. Save them to your own computer and upload them to your own server.
6. Finally, have fun! :) This site is going to become a minishrine to Bloom very soon, so keep your eyes on this site because there's going to be a lot of multimedia available.
